1. General

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jil59 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all use of the jil59 website, mobile application, and any services offered through them.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any bet on jil59, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

jil59 may publish supplementary terms for specific promotions, game categories, or features. Where a conflict exists between supplementary terms and these General Terms, the supplementary terms apply to that specific context.

2. Eligibility

To register and use a jil59 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and when placing bets;
• Not be acting on behalf of another person;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order or restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information — including falsifying your age, identity, or location — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

3. Your Account

One account per player. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on jil59. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, contact details, payment method, device, or IP address — may be merged or closed at jil59's discretion, and balances on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jil59 will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your username and password secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

KYC Verification. jil59 is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID and proof of address. Verification requests must be completed within the timeframe specified in the request, or withdrawal processing may be placed on hold.

Account currency. All jil59 accounts operate in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are all denominated in PHP.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits. jil59 accepts deposits via Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of the transaction. Deposits are typically credited within minutes, though processing times depend on your payment provider.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests require a verified account. Funds will be returned to a payment method in the same name as the registered account holder. jil59 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Processing times vary based on the payment method selected and your VIP tier — higher tier members benefit from faster processing.

Currency. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP (Philippine Peso). jil59 does not accept cryptocurrency, credit cards, or any other payment method not listed in the deposit section of the platform.

• Deposits must only be funded from payment sources that belong to the registered account holder.
• jil59 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to review before processing. This is a standard compliance measure and does not imply any suspicion of wrongdoing.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, jil59 may offer bonuses, cashback arrangements, free spins, or other promotional benefits to eligible players. All promotions are subject to their own individual terms, which will be published at the time the promotion is made available.

General rules that apply to all promotions unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• jil59 does not guarantee that any specific promotion will be repeated or remain available for any set period of time.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or irregular betting patterns — will result in the bonus being voided and the account being reviewed for suspension.
• Bonus amounts may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. These requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

Each game category on jil59 — including slots, live casino, eBingo, and fishing games — operates according to rules that are displayed within the game interface or in the associated help section. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing a bet.

Bets placed and confirmed are binding. jil59 will not reverse a confirmed bet on the basis that the player did not understand the game rules at the time the bet was placed.

Technical malfunctions. In the event of a technical fault that materially affects the outcome of a game, jil59 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Where the fault is attributable to the player's own device, network, or browser, jil59 bears no liability for the session interruption.

Game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino, by the outcomes of physical game equipment operated by live dealers. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

jil59 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, and may result in the forfeiture of any balance:

• Use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets without manual player input;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or miscalculations in the platform's favour;
• Collusion with other players or with jil59 staff members;
• Money laundering or using jil59 to process funds of illicit origin;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation;
• Any conduct that jil59 reasonably determines to constitute cheating, fraud, or a deliberate attempt to undermine platform integrity.

jil59 monitors accounts and game activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawals placed on hold during the review period.

8. Responsible Gaming

jil59 supports responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through your account settings.

Gaming should be entertainment. jil59 does not represent that any game or betting activity will result in a financial gain. Self-exclusion. If you wish to exclude yourself from jil59 for a defined period or indefinitely, you may do so through your account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During an active self-exclusion, your account cannot be reopened before the exclusion period ends.

9. Privacy and Data

jil59 collects, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required by law or by the platform's compliance obligations.

Account data and bet history are retained for the period required by applicable retention obligations. You may request access to your personal data by contacting the support team.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

jil59 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspicious account activity or patterns consistent with fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Account inactivity for a sustained period (as defined in the platform's inactivity policy);
• Self-exclusion request by the account holder.

You may close your jil59 account at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method after applicable checks are completed.

11. Limitation of Liability

jil59 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jil59 excludes all warranties, conditions, and representations regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any game.

jil59 will not be liable for losses arising from:

• Interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, system failures, or events outside jil59's control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security;
• Decisions made based on information from third-party sources about the platform or its promotions;
• Normal gaming losses resulting from properly functioning games.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12. Changes to These Terms

jil59 may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, you will be notified through the platform — either by a notification on login or by a notice on the website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent version took effect.

Your continued use of jil59 after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a revised version of the Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
